Imperial Technology Management Services Co., Ltd. Has been developing a new International University of Science and Technology at Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province, The project has been developed on 500 rai of land in three phases with a total floor area of approximately 168,831 m2. Phase I including :
•Library and administration floor area 17,000.00 m2.
•Comprising academic floor area 16,976.55 m2.
•Student dormitories floor area 33,130.00 m2.
•Sport complex floor area 5,099.75 m2.
Total floor area 55,206.44 m2.
Project construction supervition the work included as follow :
•Review project criteria.
•Design review.
•Supervision of construction for infrastructure work consist of road, dams, pedestrian crossing, drainage system, electrical system, interior and exterior lighting system, waterworks
system, etc.
•Maintenance inspection.
