Narrative Description

    The Bureau of the Crown Property wanted to relocate the Cadet Schol from Bangkok to the new campus in Nakhon Nayok Province, in an area of 1,500 rais of land and in the location of the existing Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy.  The total building area and related facilities were approximately 900 rais, consist of
- administration building, school building, service building, 
   totally 48 buildings
- yard, parking lot and pedestrian
- road and drainage system
- water reservoir
- waterwork system
- water treatment plant
- wastewater treatment plant
- Electrical and communication system

Services Description

Project detailed design and construction supervision 
the responsibilities were:
•Checking project design drawings, specifications and other   detailed to      ensure conformance with the defined   Requirements;
•Checking contractor's implementation programme;
•Checking contractor's cost schedule;
•Supervising construction to ensure compliance with Client                         requirements, and adherence to programme;
•Certifying payments to the contractor; 
•Providing an independent assessment in the event of any   dispute; 
•Witnessing commissioning tests of mechanical equipment;   and
•Certifying completion.
