Narrative Description

       The renovation of Larn Luang Office Building of Thai Airways International Ltd. (Public) consist the renovation of 3-storey, total floor area of 3,000 m2 to be ticketing and reservation office. Work include:
•Structural work.
•Architectural work.
•Electrical and communication system.
•Air-conditioning and ventilating system.
•Sanitary and fire protection system.

 

Services Description

M-TECH undertaken:
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of related     service system : architecture, civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing   electrical, mechanical, fire protection and special system.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Approval of materials to be used in the construction.
•Reviewing and checking of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor.
•Reviewing and approving of as-built drawing submitted by the Contractor.
