The SEACON Square is 7-storey shopping center building with
2 level underground for parking the building length about 1 km total floor area is 320,000 sqm and a flyover about 200 meter from Srinakarind road connected to SEACON building, road and parking space were parts of
the project. The main utilities system consisted of Wastewater Treatment Plant: Wastewater Treatment and Grease Collection System, Mechanical System as Air-Conditioning & Ventilation System and Chiller Plant, Electrical System, 24 kV Substation, 24/0.4 kV Transformer and 24 kV Distribution, Sanitary System, Fire Protection System, Water Pump and Fire Pump Plant, Elevator as Lift and Escalator and Curtain Wall/Skylight/Light Tower.
Project management and construction supervision services consist:
•Prepare tender document, evaluate contractor qualification and project cost.
•Construction supervision of civil works, architectural works and systems installation work.
•Control and monitor the construction works follow by work plan.
•Finalize and approve shop drawing.
•Prepare and certified payments.
•Provide and control cash flow follow by work plan.
•Provide monthly progress report.
