Narrative Description

      Southeast Asia Technology Co., Ltd. (SEATEC) by the recommendation from US Embassy to propose consultancy services for construction Supervision to The Royal Air Force (RTAF) in the construction of 12 nos F-16 Shelters at Koratch Air Force Base. Details of works consist of:
1.Land Leveling.
2.Piling foundation, ground beam works of the shelter.
3. Installation of shelter arch liner of the shelter..
4. Construction of shelter roof, rear wall, installation of air outlet   pipe of the shelter.
5. Installation of electrical wire and wire pipe, aeration unit of the shelter.
6.Installation of main door, rear door, lighting, electrical control board, water proof & explosion roof equipment, concrete protection, camouflage painting, ordinary painting, front park area and other works for shelter.

Services Description

The services for construction supervision including:
•Control and give advise of the construction of F-16 shelters according to the drawings and specification, conform to the good technical aspect and complete within schedule.
•Approve construction schedule of the construction and forward to the Royal Thai Air force (RTAF).
•Approve the quality investigation of construction material conform to the construction specifications.
•Approve elevation and construction sequence.
•Approve shop drawing and As-built drawing from contractor    to forward to RTAF.
•Prepare weekly progress report and submit to the control committee via RTAF construction control staff.
•Incorporate and coordinate the construction work with RTAF construction control staff.
