Services Description
Project construction supervision the works as Following :
•Prepare a document tendersbids, assess the property of the contractor and assess.
•Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator and escalator.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Material approval.
•Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
•Inspect, record the work done and certify the monthly payment.
•Report preparation.
