        Renovation of Food and Shampoo Plants, reinforced concrete building with total area of 12,260 sq.m.  Project composes of Plant 1, Plant 2 and Plant 3, construction works for Utility Building, Electrical Sub-station, Pumping Plant, Diesel gasoline stock area, Chemical Tanks, Wastewater Treatment System, Dry Waste Area, HPC Area, guardhouse, toilet, fence around factory including road and pathway.   

Services Description

Construction Supervision Consultancy Services including:
•Pre-construction Meeting preparation.
•Coordination between Client and Contractor. 
•Monthly Progress report. 
•Construction work progress inspection according to Work Plan and prepare summary report. 
•Approve Construction Material and Shop Drawing; and certify payment. 
•Provide assistance for negotiation and prepare Variation Order documents. 
•Issue Work Completion certificate, collection of operation and Maintenance Manuals, Contractor Warranty Card and Certify last payment.
