The consulting services rendered following:
Detailed Design
•Site Survey and Site Preparation
•Piling Work
•Building Structure: Paper Machine and Stock Preparation Building, Finished Product Warehouse, Raw Material Warehouse.
•Civil Work (Outside Building): Road & Parking, Drainage System, Domestic Waste Water Treatment, Landscaping
•Mechanical System: Water Supply System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, Gardening Water System, Building Sanitary System, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System
•Electrical System: Lighting & Power Plug System, Grounding & Lightning Protection System
•Prepare the bidding process
•Prepare the document for construction permit and signature of the design engineer and architect.
Construction Management and Supervision
•Pre-construction Meeting
•Hand-over the site to contractor for construction
•Coordination channel among the Client, Consultant and Contractor
•Reports & Records: Daily Reports, Climate, Progress, Delay, Equipment, Labor
•Progress Report: Weekly Report, Monthly Report
•Supervised the work according to the contract and instruct the contractor to correct the work
•Routine approval and inspection: Approval for materials, Approval for shop drawings, Inspect the construction safety, Check & Approval the payment request from the contractor, Inspection and testing report
•Advice to the Client for additional work to the contract (Price negotiate, support document)
•Closing the Contract: Certificate of Completion, Punch List, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Deflect Liability Period, Check & Certified Final Payment to the Contractor.
