2) Contractor Selection
•Prepare Tender Document.
•Review and select the Contractor.
•Clarify Location site and suggestion for construction drawing.
•Sluggers for contractor selection process and review of cost proposal, BOQ and cost negotiate.
•Coordinate with the owner for preparing the contractor contract.
Phase 2 : Installation Supervision of equipment and utility system for Pilot Plant (HPC Pilot Plant, IC Pilot Plant, and Food Pilot Plant)
•Coordinate for work preparation at construction area.
•Review and approve of installation supervision plan for equipment and relate system, Shop Drawing, Method Statement, As-built Drawing, Manual work, etc.
•Control the installation work to accordance with the contract.
•Propose way to resolve the argument problem and problem from obstacle to the objective and target of the project.
•Review the payment for contractor according to the contract and control cost and budget of the project.
•Coordinate with main construction work which invoke to the Installation work.
•Follow up, review, evaluate the contractor work and prepare daily report, weekly report and monthly.
•Arrange the meeting with Installation equipment contractor and main contractor.
•Coordinate for training staff of the owner.
•Control of commissioning test.
•Coordinate the submitting work of contractor.
•Control the safety and preventive environmental problem form contractor.
