    The Greater Asia Toilet Soap Consolidation Plant is which of one plant, Colgate-Palmolive(Thailand) Ltd. have to expand their productivity in trend of product development therefore, Dynamic Engineering  Consultants, Co., Ltd.(DEC) have obtained  the project working  of which was related the first part; Construction Design Package and another part; Construction Supervision Consultants.
    In generally, the boundary of project area was constructed to 4 stories, there are a part of process area, a part of office area, a part of working area, and a part of finishing area so, all of its has occupancy area 22,000 square meter. This building is limited to toilet soap consolidation products. Moreover, the restate of building was located at Amata-Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province.

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
•Construction Work Design Package consists of architectural work details design, structural work details design, civil & road – storm drainage work details design, electrical & communication (IT) system work design, mechanical & HVAC system work design, sanitary & plumbing & waste water treatment system work design. All of design package is complied in accordance with The Leadership Energy and Environment Design” (LEED) and submit to get the certification from United State of America Green Building Council (USGBC).
•Construction Supervision Consultants Package consists of organized a bidding process for main construction package, assists the client in bid evaluation and selection, supervision & inspects construction work, held on minute of meeting and presides of the interface meeting among owner representative and all of contractors, recommend the other pertinent aspects of work for owner, formulate construction method statement and performing a test & commissioning system work and implement commissioning report submitting to USGBC by Cx Agent (DEC’s team is a commissioning agent which of calling “Cx Agent, Third Party”), Supporting IEAT (Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand) construction/Building used permit application.
