Project design management and construction supervision the works as follow ;
•Main assignment consisted of Master Plan.
•Detailed Design for 2 ethanol plants, facilities and infrastructure.
•Supervision and management for construction and machine installation including
-Site preparation;
-260,000 cu.m. reservoir;
-Water supply system;
-Raw material (cassava chip) warehouse;
-Milling plant;
-Building for boiler system installation;
-Construction of ethanol plant 1 ;
-Construction of tank farm;
-BIO-Gas & 2nd treatment system;
-Office building, canteen and weighting equipment;
-Electrical system, lighting;
-Road and drainage system;
-Waste water treatment system;
-Staff housing and etc.
•Project management.
•Co-ordinated bidding process.
•Assist in construction permit.
