            Construction Supervision for Factory, Office Building and utilities in land area approximately 7 rai located in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate consist of tasks
1. Factory Building A consisting of - Production and Office
2. Service Building consist of a Canteen Building, Toilet Building, Utilities Equipment Building and Door.
3. Other utilities such as Road Work and Drainage System
4. Electrical System consist of Lighting System, Power System Power Backup System, Grounding System and Telephone System
5.Mechanical System consist of Air Conditioning System, Ventilation System, and Fire Protection System
6. Sanitary System consist of Water Supply System, Waste Water System and Pumping System.
7. LAN System, Security System, CCTV System

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
•Assist the owner for construction contractor procurement and permit documents
•Coordinate between Construction Contractor, Designer and Employer
•Supervision for Construction, Civil Works, Structural Work and Architectural Work and Structural Work of Vault Room, Mechanical System (Ventilation / Air Conditioning System, Fire Protection System, Alarm System) Electrical System and Sanitary System
•Assess work progress for construction payment
•Control Construction Schedule and cost control to be in budget
•Control, supervise safety in construction
•Prepare Monthly Report
