           TMD established the new factory located at Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Bangna-Trad, Bangpakong Distrct, Chachoengsao Province. The project located on area of 12 Rai consists of:
•Factory building which included production part, warehouse, load and unload area, 2 floors office and canteen;
•Services building which included guard house, 20 trucks and
20 cars parking area, fence and gate;
•Road and drainage system, LPG foundation;
•Electrical system (Lighting, Power, Grounding and Lightning protection systems), transformer for 22 KV. 3 phases;
•Mechanical System: HVAC, Fire Management System, Fire Alarm System and emergency lighting with entrance / exit light;
•Sanitary and Plumbing system.

Services Description

The consulting engineering services for detailed design and construction supervision consists of:
Detailed Design
•Preparation of drawings and specification.
•Recommend contractor for biding of construction. 
•Recommend the appropriate method for hiring contractor. including process of procurement and contracting.
•Evaluation for biding construction, price negotiate and contractor selection.
•Recommend for contract document.
Construction Supervision
•Prepare construction plan and staff planning.
•Construction Management in accordance with construction plans.
•Coordination with government agencies, designers and contractors.
•Review and approval for shop drawing and AS-Built drawing.
•Review and approve for payment of the contractor.
•Conduct site meeting and report the progress of work to Client. 
•Planning, progress follow up and quality control.
•Control of safety construction.
