         The construction of the Knitting factory on area approximately 3 rai of land at Samutsakorn Industrial Estate which supervision works composed of :
1.Process Area building – approximately floor area of 900 m2.
2.2-storey Office building – approximately floor area of 900 m2.
3.Canteen building – approximately floor area of 450 m2.
4.Road, drainage, electrical and lighting, ventilating and air conditioning system, and dust collection.

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
•Supervision of construction of architectural, structural, sewage system, road, drainage, electrical, ventilating and air conditioning system.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Construction Cost / Budget control.
•Materials approval .
•Safety inspection, Review shop drawings, Review as-built drawings and operation manual, Reports preparation.
