Narrative Description
Detailed design, project management and construction supervision of Utility Systems for the Wellgrow Industrial Estate at construction sites at Km 36 Bangna - Trad HWY, Hom Sin Sub-district, Bangpakong District, Chachoengsao Province. This work includes study, design and construction of the following Utility Systems.
1.Design of Wellgrow Industrial Estate Phase 4 on a 634 rai
3 ngan 59 square wahs with the details as given below:
-Design of road and storm drain system for a Length of 2,500 m.
-Design of wastewater system for a length of 2,500 m.
-Design of water supply pipeline for a length of 2,500 m.
-Design of Water Supply System with the capacity of
5,000 m3/day.
-Design of pipe system for wastewater flow of 4,600 m3/day
All designs completed in October 2541
2.Study of water supply distribution pipeline system stage 3 and stage 4 in an area of 5 Rai 2 Ngan 1,473 square wahs.
-Study and planning of water supply distribution system Phase 3 and Phase 4 according to the correct IEAT Standards were completed in June 1997.
3.Correction works on the planning of Wellgrow Industrial Estate Phase 4, Section 1 on the land area of 98 rai 95 square
was conducted and completed in October 1998.
4.Construction supervision of additional pipelines for improvement of Industrial Wellgrow Phase 1 and Phase 2 are as follows:
-Installation of HDPE water supply distribution pipeline of Ø 100. mm and Ø 300 mm in size for the length of 8,000 meters
-Installation of HDPE tree watering pipeline of Ø 100 mm, Ø 200 mm in size for the length of 8,000 meters
The above mentioned pipeline installation work has been carried out and completed in September 1997.
Services Description
The scope of services are as followings:
•Coordinated and specified direction of work for construction contractors including following up work progress at every stage.
•Quality Control of the work to be correct according to the design, items issued, the specifications of the designer.
•Checking and Controlling the Construction to be correct according to the design.
•Controlled the construction of related civil and structural works.
•Monitoring of Schedule Construction.
•Inspection and approval of Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings.
