            Thai Beverage Can Ltd. want to establish a new Aluminum Can Manufacturing Plant at Siam Cement Industrial Land, Nong Khae, Sara Buri, Thailand. Scope of work are; (1) Preliminary and Detailed Design of Electrical and Mechanical System Work, (2) Review and Approval Design of Structural and Civil Works, (3) Construction Supervision and Management Services of the following.
1.Factory and Process Area Buildings.
2.Canteen and Office.
3.Non-Process Related Structures.

Services Description

Consultancy Services are included:
•Structural Design Review, Steel Roof Framing, Structural Calculations.
•Civil and Sanitary Design Review, Piping, Foundation, Road and Drainage.
•Electrical Design, Lighting, Fire Alarm System, Telephone System.
•Mechanical Piping and Duck Design, HVAC System, Gas Supply Piping System, Fire Protection System.
•Waste Water Treatment System.
•Construction Supervision and Management the Construction Work of Contractor, and Coordinate between Owner and Designer, specify duty and responsibility of each party.
•Inspection the construction work and supervise the step of each work.
•Meeting arrangement to follow up the work progress, and reviewing construction work plan according to contract.
•Manage, and monitor the work of contractor to keep up with the plan
•Monthly Report the work evaluation and work progress.
•Certifying payment of contractor.
•Review and approve Shop Drawing, As Built Drawing and Materials.
