            UMC Metal Limited established a Steel Manufacturing Plant at Chnburi Province, Thailand.  The scope of work to be performed by the consultant including:
-Detailed Civil Design
-Detailed Structural Design (Concrete and Non-Process Steel Structure)
-Detailed Architectural Design
-Detailed Design of Wastewater Treatment System
-Management and Supervision of Construction

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) was assigned to provide the consulting engineering services for detailed design and construction supervision for construction of the UMC Metal Limited Steel Manufacturing Plant Project, design consists of
•Review guideline drawings and information for design criteria
•Establish design criteria, systems description and standards to be applied
•Perform preliminary engineering design for modification and addition
•Review and modify preliminary design
•Prepare final design drawings and specifications for the project
•Review final drawings and prepare list of drawings
•Prepare bill of quantities and budget cost estimates
•Prepare project schedule guidelines
•Included Roads and parking, Landscaping, Drainage system Production building, Lightning protection system, Pre-treated wastewater and sewerage system (Civil works), Wastewater Treatment System.
