1.Feasibility Study 
2.Detailed Design of Structural works, Interior Design and other relate system
3.Construction Supervision
•Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator, and escalator.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Material approval.
•Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
•Report preparation.
