     The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) has a plan to development of 3,438 rais. For  Map Ta Phut  Industrial Complex and Urban Area Stage 2 at  Tumbon Map Ta Phut and Tumbon Huai Pong Muang Rayong District  Rayong Province.

Services Description

Consulting service for detailed engineering design and construction supervision of the following works : 
Detailed Engineering Design :
•Topographic survey
•Boundary line
•Geotechnical & Soil Investigations
•Road and drainage system
•Water supply system
•Land grading
•Electrical works
Construction Supervision :
•Part I     Tender evaluation. 
 Preparing contract documents.
•Part II     Construction supervision of the following works:
-Land grading.
-Landscaping.
-8.5 km. of concrete road and 7.0 km. of asphalt pavement road.
-Road - side drainage including a bride and culverts.
-Expansion of the water purification plant from. capacity 5,000 m3/day to 13,500 m3/day.
-Laying 6 km. Of  water distribution pipelines.
-Additional solid waste disposal plant.
