              Heinz Win Chance Ltd. assigned SEATEC to conduct the detailed design and supervision of construction of its  new ketchup plant at Bang Plee, Samutprakarn Province

Services Description

The works included the following:
•Design for modification/renovation of the area in the existing plant building to accommodate the new ketchup plant.
•Design of the related mechanical services, such as ventilation, steam piping, boiler, water supply, wastewater treatment, etc.
•Design of related electrical works, such as electrical supply, motor control center, lighting, etc.
•Preparation of technical specification and tender documents.
•Preparation of cost estimates.
•Assisted in tendering procedure and negotiation with the responsive contractors.
•Construction supervision and project management.
