Narrative Description

     The Thai Diamond City project is covered in 4 Tumbols of Kaeng Krachan, Wangtakai, Kludluang and Thamailuk Phetburi Province. It was established for Industrial Park Services under the notification of Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand No. 100/2553. The project idea is to develop to be the industrial park services with the aim of making a livable place and a natural city having the specified project area of 22,610-3-18.70 Rai which consists of Zone A1:Relaxing and Health Care Center 1, Zone A2: Relaxing and Health Care Center 2, Zone B:Health and Rehabilitation Center with area of 3,644-0-86.10 Rai., Zone C: Leisure and Sport Development Center 1, Zone D: Leisure and Sport Development Center 2, Zone E: Leisure and Sport Development Center 3 with area of 1,402-0-4.40 Rai, Zone F: Study Center and Medical Center with area of 1,2000-0-73.75 Rai, and Zone G: Leisure and Sport Development Center 4 with duration of 20 years for project development.
