Narrative Description

      TCC Value Hotels Co., Ltd. want to develop the Commercial building of Suriwong Plaza (3 stories) to be the Hotel under the Imm Thapae Hotel Project at Chiangmai Province with 106 rooms service in area of 2.83 rai (3,570 sq.m.). Regard to the notification of Ministry of Science and Technology, if the Hotel and Resort has more than 80 rooms the owner must submit the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report to the Office of Environmental Policy & Planning and the Expert Review Committee for approval before construction. Therefore, TCC Value Hotels Co., Ltd. had assigned SEATEC to perform the study of Environmental Impact Assessment for Imm Thapae Hotel Project.

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
•Study the characteristic project operation that might cause the environmental impacts toward its vicinity.
•Collect project’s existing data (Physical Resources, Biological Resources, Human Use value and Quality of Life) in project area and its vicinity.
•Assess the impact caused by project’s activity in both construction and operation period.
•Recommend/provide the necessary mitigation measures and monitoring programs.
