Narrative Description

       Marine Department (MD) intend to construct the Second Chiang Saen Port which located on a right bank of Kok River mouth in Moo 7, Baan Sobkhok, Tambon Baansaew, Amphoe Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province and Aeng Chiang Saen Wetland. Therefore, Marine Department prepared an EIA report and approved by the National Environmental Committee. Then Port and Marine Corporation (P.A.M.) Co., Ltd. (Contractor) hire a consultant for monitor and mitigation measures implementation in a construction phase for the purpose 

Services Description

The Environmental Quality Monitoring of this Project including of : 
•Inspecting project construction details those should be compared to a submitted and approved EIA report.
•Monitoring environmental mitigation measures implementation by construction site field survey and compare to mitigation measures in a submitted and approved EIA report.
•Monitoring an environmental quality.
