Narrative Description

     Bangkok Dock Land intends to develop land for Shopping Center (6-storey), Hotel, Office Building (38-storey), Residential Building (62-storey) and Car Park Building (13-Storey). The objective consists of:
•Design of layout plan, Architectural style building and infrastructure system in project area
•Study the current environment in project area and area nearby which effect from the operation of project
•Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) of the project includes the mitigation measures, protection plan
•To ensure the people in project area who may effect from the project
•To use the Environmental factor for assist Planning and Implementing the project

 

Services Description

The services included the following works:
•Analysis and study project detail in term of location, activity having impact the environment
•Propose the mitigation measures and protection plan during construction phase
•Prepare public opinion survey in target area including public relation plan for promoting the project to be accepted
