Narrative Description

According to the Pollution Control Policy of Thai Government, the hospitals which have more than 30 beds in Thailand must have wastewater treatment systems within year 1997.  For this reason, the Ministry of Public Health has established “Construction of Wastewater Treatment System for Community Hospital Project”. The wastewater treatment system was activated sludge, SBR, stabilization pond and wetland system with production capacity of 60-120 m3/day.

Services Description

The consultancy services for supervision of the Turnkey Contract works including:
•Field survey of all 302 hospitals (Phase I) and 245 hospitals (Phase II) to collect data   concerning about wastewater treatment process study
•Conceptual design of all 302 hospitals (Phase I) and 245 hospitals (Phase II)   wastewater collection and treatment systems.
•Cost estimation of the project includes: design and construction cost (Lump Sum Turnkey Project), construction supervision cost and independent engineering service cost.
•Preparation of bidding documents, contract and other documents for all works, (turnkey contractor, construction supervision, consultant and independent engineering service). Bid evaluation for all works.
•Approval of the preliminary and detailed design of all 302 hospitals (Phase I) and 245 hospitals (Phase II) wastewater treatment system.
