Narrative Description

      T.C.C. Industrial Park Co., Ltd. a one of T.C.C. group of company intend to develop the land from rubber farm to be Para-Rubber Industrial Park approximate land area of 4,420 rai located between Tumbol Nong-Rai and Lahand,  Pluakdang District at Rayong Province. At present some land areas of T.C.C. group had developed to be rubber farm but some area do not utilize therefore the idea of develop land to be Para-Rubber Industrial Park was established.
 

Services Description

Services for Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design works consist of:
•Study the physical data and analyze the potential of the project area for the establishment of Para-Rubber Industrial Park. 
•Study for the legal aspect associated with land development and public projects which effect to the development of Rubber Industrial Park area. 
•Feasibility study for related industries which involved to the rubber industry including other industries that have the potential to invest in the rubber industry to make the competitive advantage for the industrial area.
•Preliminary Design by concern of Green Industrial Park (Pollution-free) and Sustainable, landscape planning related to environment of the area and planning by concern of economics with value of investment and the flexibility of development plan in the future.
