    Construction of Flood Protection involving Barrier both earth dike and a concrete sheet pile wall of 400 m. having a total length of about 11 km. Including the following tasks.
1.Topographic Survey
2.Geotechnical Survey
3.Engineering and Design
4.Mobilization and Temporary Access
5.Site Clearing
6.Earth Dike Barrier (from + 2.30 MSL to + 5.40 MSL)
7.Concrete Structure barrier (up to + 5.4 MSL)
8.Pump Station
9.Access Road
10.Miscellaneous works.

Services Description

      Project Management and Construction Supervision scopes of services are as followings:
•Prepare Detailed Design Drawing for Bidding process.
•Check Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings. 
•Review and Approve Sample of Material.
•Conduct Weekly Meeting, Reporting and Problem Solving. 
•Monitor’s Contractor Progress and Prepare Monthly 
Progress Reports. 
•Supervise Construction Works in accordance with specification and construction drawings. 
•Check and approve the detail for each payment request from contractor and variation work from the contract.
