The scope of the study includes:
Control and Supervise the Construction Supervise according to the design and specification.
Prepare report on construction work in accordance with regulations and Procedures.
Prepare Construction Management Plans
Evaluate Construction Schedule of the Contractor
Prepare Final Report for Construction Supervise summary
Provide safety measures for Contractor
Construction Supervision in accordance with the contract, Specification and attachment contract documents
Conduct weekly meeting to coordinate between the parties and solve problems
Prepare monthly progress report
Review and approve construction contract payments for contractor
Provide technical analysis recommendations, the method and construction work procedure of the contractor
