Narrative Description

Review of the Project Construction Program and Construction Cost Estimates for application to secure Loan from Bangkok Bank to finance the remaining construction works of the project (Le Monaco has completed or almost completed on construction of major structural works, architectural works, M & E Works and Sanitary Works of the 25-storey condominium), but needs to complete the remaining works including Interior Works and System Works such as and the Assessment of the Completed Works to date and Certification of it to the Bank.
