Narrative Description

The Detailed Engineering Design of Tourism Operation Center and Long Stay for the Establishment of Study and Research Center for Health, Tourism and Hotel at the National Park Namtok Ngao, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University consist of 2 buildings of 3-storey reinforced concrete and 2 buildings of 2-storey reinforced concrete with total area of 5,000 square meter.

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
• Field survey, data collection and relevant documents for use in the design as appropriate.
• Detail engineering design of the industrial operation building include works as structural engineering, electrical and communication engineering, air conditioning engineering, sanitary engineering, firefighting and fire protection engineer, and elevator system work.
• Preparation of project construction cost estimates and Bill of Quantities for the consideration of median price in the contractor selection.
