Narrative Description
The Science Park Buildings is 4-storey reinforced concrete building. 1st floor consists of The Science Park Office, Office of Intellectual Property Management, Auditorium 250 seats, System Control Room and Hallway connecting the various sections. 2rd floor consists of Office of Finance and Accounting, Product Design Center, Information Technology Laboratory under ITAP Project and Auditorium 250 seats. 3rd floor consists Office of Dry Laboratory, ICT & Software Laboratory and System Control room. 4th floor consists of Wet Laboratory and Control room including Road work around the building and 94 parking spaces in the north, 12 parking spaces in the south and 93 parking spaces in the east.
Services Description
The services included the following works:
• Project Preparation Period: Data Collection and Study of Contract Documents, Drawing and Specifications including Regulations, laws, Standards, site investigation and prepare work planning and staff planning.
• Prepare Kick off meeting, meeting report and planning meeting schedule
• Approve work plan of contractor
• Approve Shop Drawing/Equipment installation
• Check Layout Plan in construction area and confirmation of land area
• Determine the method and standard of Topographic Survey and the coordinates level of the building
• Check soil boring test, Determine the pile length
• Considering reduction and additional works
• Control the construction to meet the requirements, to reduce the environmental impact and security
• Controlled of Waste disposal
• Coordinate and apply permission from the government agency
• Consider Payment Bill, Advance Payment, Guarantee Documents and proposed to the owner for approval
• Inspection work for construction payment process
• Material/Equipment Approve
• Supervision of Equipment Installation
• Issue Notice of Acceptance to Contracture when the Commissioning test completed
• Consider and comment on reports and documents of the contractor such as Manuals and maintenance
• Control the Training process

• Supervise the progress and volume of construction work and expenses within the project
