• Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator, and escalator.
• Monitoring of construction schedule.
• Material approval.
• Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by
the contractor.
• Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by
the contractor.
• Report preparation.
• Inspect, record the work done and certify the monthly payment.
