The passenger terminal building is a large single building having useful floor space of 563,000 square meter consists of 7-floor passenger lounge include 2 basements with useful floor space area of 182,000 square meter and 4-storey concourse building including basement with useful floor space area of 381,000 square meter.
Construction supervision work consists of the following :
• To provide all of the professional staff, services, supplies and equipment necessary to perform the CSC services to ensure that the works conform to the construction contract.
• To co-ordinate the contractor’s operations with those of all other contractors and CSC with particular emphasis on interfaces between the contract and any other interfacing contracts schedule and cost control.
• To submit all correspondence to NBIA, with a copy to the project management consultant (PMC).
• To provide a detailed proposed construction schedule in computerized form prepared in the primavera project planner (P3 for windows).
• To prepare and maintain a cost control database in microsoft access compatible (MDB) files in bill of quantities Format.
• To provide detailed construction cost control information.
• To utilize a computerized system for controlling all documentation transmittals and submittals, using the expedition contract software by primavera system, Inc.
• To submit all documents as mentioned in TOR and as required by NBIA.
• To prepare a quality assurance plan for the services to be used during the implementation of each of the stages of the services.
