Renovation of buildings for Faculty of Engineering which long time utilization to be modernization and construct new buildings, together 10 buildings:
1.Dean of Engineering Office Building (Building A) is a 8-storey building.
2.Auditorium of the Faculty of Engineering (Building B) is a 2-storey building.
3.Industrial Engineering Building (Building C) is a 4-storey building.
4.Mechanical Engineering Building (Building D) is a 4-storey building.
5.Chemical Engineering Building (Building E) is a 4-storey building.
6.Civil Engineering Building (Building F) is a 4-storey building.
7.Electrical Engineering Research and Development Building (Building G) is a 7-storey building.
8.International Engineering Center (Building H) is a 5-storey building.
9.Tool and Calibration Engineering Center Building (Building I) 2-storey building.
10.Pavilion (Building I) is one floor building.

 

Services Description

Consulting services comprise of:
•Checking contract, design list and relevant documents.
•Checking material use in project to conform to specification.
•Coordination between government agencies, owners, designers and contractors.
•Prepare construction cost and budget details.
•Supervision the work of the contractor in accordance with plan and construction contract
•Checking testing and quality control of construction in accordance with construction requirements.
•Checking Shop Drawing and As Built Drawing.
•Check the construction work done and verify payment.
•Monitor Testing and Commissioning of various System engineering.
•K-Value calculation propose to owner.
•Provide meeting for follow up work in progress, problem solving and take a minute of meeting.
•Provide professional engineering and architectural consultancy services to Employment Acceptance Committee.
