The project cost was estimated to be 2,200 Million Baht including the design fees, various government fees and project management fee. The anticipated construction period was 34 months. 

Services Description

Independent Consultant Services the work will consist of 
the following :
•Review of the main contract with the contractor, construction program and construction cost estimates.
•Attending monthly progress meeting on behalf of the lender. 
•Certification of work progress milestone. 
• Reporting to the lender (Bangkok Bank) of the work progress.
