Narrative Description

     The project aims to develop reliable water supply facilities in seven northern provincial capitals of Phonhong, Paksane, Phonsavanh, Sayabouly, huaysay, Phongsali and Sam-Neua.  Civil works consist of the construction of 7 water supply schemes including: source development of rivers, springs and well fields, water treatment plants, 10 reinforced concrete livel reservoirs, 1 elevated reservoir, 5 prefabricated reservoirs, 63 km of reticulation mains, 700 water service connections 20 km of sullage equipment; and survey an office equipment, furniture, vehicles and motorcycles, operation and maintenance tools and equipment for water supply systems.
