Narrative Description

The project is engineering design for develop the government center extension area in Zone C in order to be an energy conservation building in accordance with the Thai Energy and Environmental Sustainability Assessment Criteria, comprise of
1.The development of the zone C extension area to be allocated as an office building of government agencies in land area approximately 80 rai with total construction area 660,000 square meters.
2.Improvement of office space in government offices. The department has moved out to support the department that will use the replacement area.
3.Improvement of interior space, exterior and landscape including transportation systems, public utility system and all related systems within the government center area zones A and B for increasing the efficiency of the building
4.Designing a space allocation agency to use to be current consistent and according to user needs and related regulations


 

Services Description

Consulting services include
1.Design the details of the zone C extension area to be used for the detailed design for the construction of an office building of the government sector.
2.Design, improve office space in the government center which the department has moved out to support the department that will use the replacement area.
3.Design and improve interior space and landscape including transportation systems,  public utility system and all related systems within the government center area zones A and B for increasing the efficiency of the building
4.Design the area to be used by joining with DAD and the advisors by meeting with department which will use the area closely throughout the project period in order to bring the needs of area usage to design and improve the allocation of space according to the changes to be current consistent and according to user needs and related regulations.
