Narrative Description

     Kukrit 80 Foundation hired SEATEC for the Detailed Design of Exhibition Hall and MR. Kukrit Pramoj Library having the project site located in area near the King’s 80th Year Chlaem Prakiat Center at Rama 4, Bangkok, which will be a 2 storey reinforce concrete building with a mezzanine floor having a total floor area of 2376 m2.


 

Services Description

The services included the following works:
•Design and preparation of Engineering Structural Drawings
•Design and preparation of Draft Building Operating Systems Drawings including:
-Sanitary System Works
-Drainage System Works
-Mechanical System Works
-Air-conditioning System Works
-Electrical and Communication System Works
•Design and preparation of Draft Detailed Engineering Structural Drawings with Calculations
•Design and preparation of detailed drawings of all relevant Engineering Building System Works together with necessary documents and calculations
•Preparation of specifications for Structural Works and Various Building Engineering System Works
•Preparation of Detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for Structural Works and Engineering System Works.
