      As Principal Consultant, Worley Engineers Ltd.(WEL) will be responsible for the total delivery of the services covered by this engagement, including any sub-consultants seperately engaged by WEL. The allocation of services between WEL and Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co.,Ltd.(DEC) will as follows :

•Principal Consultant, Point of all formal contact between AP and the design consultants (including DEC)

•Project Coordination of the design of the architectural, civil, structural, building facilities   and other services included in the scope of services.

•Design of the Power Island, excluding the Turbine Foundation.

•Design of all the Building Facilities associated with the project.

•Preparing the Bill of Quantities for the components of the project directly designed by    WEL.

•Sub-Consultant to WEL.

•PE review and endorsement of all designs and documentation prepared by DEC, WEL, and the fire systems turnkey contractor.

•Design and documentation of all civil works, excluding the Power Island.

•Design and documentation of all buildings and structures included under the Scope of Services excluding the building facilities and excluding the Power Island.

•Preparing the Bill of Quantities for the components of the project directly designed by DEC.

•Obtaining Authority approvals.

•Issuing of all construction documentation to Alstom Thailand.

•Construction monitoring.
