     The Project is to design and formulate livelihood restoration program for the Xe Bangfai Downstream area after the implementation of Nam Theum 2 Hydropower Project.

          SEATEC was a joint-venture partner with Earth System Lao and Gunaratnam Associate in this project and responsible for providing an Hydraulic/Drainage Engineer to conduct hydraulic study and estimate cost of rehabilitation of existing 14 Watergates and related structures.
