   Tesco - Lotus Trang located on Trang - Yongstar road and Bangruk - Kuenkun road in an area of 20.9 rai consist of a 1-storey building in mall area, shops, food court of 650 m2 and warehouse, total floor area of 10,450 m2.  Parking area can accommodate of 500 cars and 250 motorcycles.

M-TECH accomplished:
• Supervision of all construction works including   installation of related service system and   architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and   plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator, and   escalator.
• Monitoring of construction schedule.
• Material approval.
• Reviewing and checking the shop drawings   submitted by the contractor.
• Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing   submitted by the contractor.
• Report preparation.
• Inspect, record the work done and certify the   monthly payment etc.
